Call to schedule a call back, if call volume is unusually high, the caller will be able to schedule a call-back after ten minutes of waiting. The hotline will conduct an intake and legal triage by an attorney. If more services are needed, a referral will be made to a legal provider that is part of IL-AFLAN. There are 13 legal aid providers who are part of the network. They maintain dozens of sites and offices. Clients should call the hotline, and the hotline will help them find a site if needed

IL-AFLAN is a network comprised of over 10 legal aid organizations and law school clinics. When calling, be prepared to speak with an attorney (That is, set aside enough time to discuss case and have any relevant documents present).
