- Accepts furniture, appliances, cabinets, house wares, tools, doors, windows, and any building or remodeling material that is in good shape

- Donations are sold back into the community to help people who are upgrading their homes

- Resells new and gently used items (as well as corporate donations) for 50% or more off retail prices

- Proceeds provide funding to Habitat for Humanity of McLean County in an effort to build affordable housing

- Provides donation pickup services when scheduled in advance
