A statewide LGBTQ organization working to preserve and advance equality for LGBTQ Iowans through grassroots efforts, advocacy and education. One Iowa's work includes providing healthcare providers, employers, law enforcement and others with LGBTQ inclusivity training and policy guidance. Educating Iowans about the LGBTQ community, connecting LGBTQ Iowans with vital resources and empowering tomorrow's LGBTQ leaders through training and mentorship.
