Oelwein Health Care Center is a 24-hour skilled nursing facility offering: Consulting licensed physical therapist (direct services provided by physical therapist and nursing staff); Consulting speech pathologist provides direct services; Consulting occupational therapist provides direct services; "Touches of Home" resident centered care (consistent staffing); Pet therapy (one dog and three cats in the facility). The resident provides their own medication supply. Transportation to medical appointments is provided (no charge).
