Provides FIP recipients with experience that will enhance their work skills and increase their employment potential, while providing a service that will benefit the community. They will, to the maximum extent possible, learn and perform all assignments associated with a position. Participants do not receive wages for work performed, but instead receive a transportation allowance, child care assistance if necessary, and Workers' Compensation Coverage from Promise Jobs.

Provides information about job vacancies, career options, and employment offers. Services include job search assistance, interview training, referrals to other job training programs or support services. For a small fee, business may receive assistance with recruiting new employees, training employees, and connecting to information for managing a business.

Provides a customized one-on-one training program to assist individuals in increasing their employment opportunities. Program length varies upon students' needs. Offered topics include typing, computer skills (Microsoft Word or Excel), customer service skills, resume writing and cover letters, assistance with job search, help filling out applications properly, and employment counseling.

Offers a wide range of career services, which include
- Employment and career counseling.
- Career resources, including videos, reference materials, and software programs.
- Assessment tools for deciding education/career path.
- Job leads and postings.
- Assistance with resume and cover letter development/critiquing.
- Connections for job shadows and informational interviews.
- Interview preparation.

Offers to help veterans succeed in the 21st Century Workforce. This is accomplished through three goals: maximizing veterans employment, earning, retention, and competitiveness; assuring that service members transition to quality civilian employment; and protecting the employment and reemployment rights of veterans.

Works to help Americans, including those facing significant employment barriers, secure and retain high-quality jobs. The program helps people find employment and may fund training when needed for an individual to gain or retain employment.

The Adult Program serves people who are at least 18 years old and (if applicable) registered for Selective Service.

The Dislocated Worker Program serves individuals (if applicable) registered for Selective Service who have lost their jobs and who fit into one of the dislocated worker categories defined in WIOA.

The Youth Program serves in-school youth (ages 14-21) and out-of-school youth (ages 16-24) who need assistance with training or education to enter the workforce successfully. The focus is on young people with barriers to success.

Provides list of minority job seekers with current job postings in the area.

Career resources, job search and placement, academic improvement services, financial assistance for supportive services.

Vocational, residential, and day services support and training to persons with developmental disabilities and/or related conditions.

Provides services such as job placement assistance, unemployment insurance, unemployment tax liability services, services for veterans and seniors, labor market information, dislocated worker programs (Re-employment Services), a Welfare to Work program, proficiency testing and career guidance. Also issues work permits.
