Provides home visits 1-2 times a month to do medication set-up, health assessments, blood draws for lab tests and other health interventions.

Also offers the Lifeline personal emergency response system units to individuals and families. The Medical Alert Button provides access to trained care specialists 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days of the year.
